Order Processing

After placing your order, please allow 1 to 3 business days for processing. Orders placed on weekends will begin processing on Monday or Tuesday, depending on order volume.

Shipping Notification

Once your order is shipped, you will immediately receive an email with your tracking information. Please note that couriers may take a few days to update tracking details.

Shipping Locations, Rates & Delivery Times

We currently ship within Australia only.

Australia

  • Standard Shipping: 3–5 business days — $10 AUD
  • Express Shipping: 1–3 business days — $15 AUD
  • Free Shipping: On all orders over $99 AUD

Order Tracking

Tracking is provided for all orders. Your tracking link will be sent via email once your parcel has been shipped.

Incorrect Delivery Address

Malwa Block is not responsible for packages delivered to incorrect addresses provided by the customer. Please ensure your shipping details are correct before completing your order.
